Refund Policy
  1. Kindly clarify your doubts before you make a payment to upgrade to any of our premium membership plans or buy extra tokens. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded.
  2. Before availing any of our advertising packages - Sponsored Listing, Branding Package and Banner Ad, kindly understand the benefits the packages offer. The payment made for any of our Branding packages is non-refundable.
  3. In certain cases, we offer refund of LeaarnUp tokens that you spend on contacting an enquiry. As we verify every phone number, before sending the enquiry to you, we do not offer a refund if the enquiring student doesn’t answer your call. As an alternate, we have integrated with WhatsApp, so you can easily send a message to the enquiring student.
  4. There is an upper limit on refunds of LeaarnUp tokens. Refund of tokens can not exceed 25% of the tokens that you spent on contacting enquiries.
  5. Our policy on refunds of tokens is subject to change as we continue to improve our internal quality checks.
